In the video provided below, Dr. Koppelman discusses the 25A Corridor Study (the draft is available here ) and other Long Island development issues at the 11/16/11 Shoreham Civic Organization Meeting. The Study was prepared by Dr. Koppelman, and BFJ Planning, with the goal to create a unified vision for the 25A corridor from Mount Sinai to Shoreham. Dr. Koppelman starts speaking at the 6 minute mark.
